At korfball practice, timid 13-year-old Daan’s inability to keep up with his fellow male players’ raunchy locker room braggadocio hardly does his self-esteem any good. When, outside on the field, however, he witnesses his peers’ youthful machismo inevitably take an all too nasty turn at the expense of Britt, the most popular girl in the group, Daan finds himself forced to show his true colors: is he a team player – or one of the boys?
