After escaping school bullies, ten-year-old Jack meets the enigmatic Mr. Penhaligan, who gifts him a set of magical markers. To Jack’s amazement, whatever he draws comes to life. Longing for support and belonging, Jack creates Andy – a brave older brother who protects him and helps him face the world. With Andy by his side, Jack’s confidence grows. But when the magic begins to fade and his creations vanish, Jack must confront the painful truth that Andy won’t stay forever.
